Essentia Health is conducting regular bargaining with the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA), the union representing more than 100 nurses at Essentia Health–Virginia. Essentia Health is committed to working through the usual process of bargaining in good faith to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
Virginia nurses ratify contract
Nurses at Essentia Health–Virginia have ratified the tentative agreement reached between Essentia and the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) for a three-year contract, which will remain in effect through July 31, 2028. This contract represents our continued dedication to supporting our nurses who provide high-quality care in our community.
We are pleased to have reached this agreement following negotiations with the MNA. This collaborative effort emphasizes our commitment to fostering a supportive work environment for our valued colleagues and ensuring the sustainability of service delivery.
