Deer River Bargaining

Essentia Health recognizes the MNA as the union representing about 50 nurses at Essentia Health-Deer River. We are very pleased that the represented nurses at Essentia Health Deer River voted to ratify a new three-year collective bargaining agreement on February 9, 2024. We deeply appreciate the expertise and commitment they bring to our care teams, and we look forward to our continued work together on behalf of the patients it is our privilege to serve.
